Each piece of clothing we offer is made one at a time to fill your order here in our Santa Rosa studio. We offer fine natural fabrics and quality stitching techniques. Our clothing is made to last and be a part or your wardrobe that you love to wear. We want our items to be beautiful but also practical enough to get good use from and honor your investment. If your item doesn’t work for you, here are the options we offer;
*Return your unworn, unwashed item and request an exchange or credit. Please note, as each item is made to order, it will take some time to make a replacement item for you. Please note, we do not offer return shipping however, we will pay for the shipping when we send your replacement item.
Return your unworn, unwashed item within 7 working days. You may request a refund for the full price as long as it is within this time frame. There is a 10% restocking fee for returned items. While we do return your original shipping fee of $12, we do not offer return shipping. That is the responibility of the customer.

We understand there are many options for purchasing clothing online. Many sources are able to offer quick turnarounds and free incentives. We have chosen a different model, choosing to meet the needs of our clients rather than producing excess. Because of this we choose to make each of our pieces to order. This allows us to reduce loss of labor and materials and keep unwanted products out of the waste stream.
It takes time to make each piece; please allow up to 21 working days to receive your order.

shipping and terms
We ship USPS unless other arrangements are made. We will send you a confirmation of receipt of your order and you will receive a tracking number to your e-mail once shipped. While there is insurance included in shipping, we are not responsible once it leaves our studio. International orders ship at a higher rate. If an international package is lost, you must contact your home postal carrier. USPS will not be held responsible once a package leaves the U.S. border. You can specify if you have shipping limitations or special needs and we will try to accommodate you.
Exchanges and Returns
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 7 working days. Items must be unworn and unwashed and in clean return condition. We do not offer return shipping. Our options are as follows;

Adjustments and custom orders;
we do offer custom adjustments to measurements such as waistbands and lengths. But please note, there are no exchanges or returns on customized items
